Inspired by the aftermath of a 2015 performance with Preach R Sun, an article by Jerry Saltz about Charles Ray's controversial "Huck and Jim" sculpture, and Leslie Fiedler's "Come Back to the Raft Ag'in, Huck Honey".

I used a "ballchinian" prosthetic from the "Men in Black" movies, an illustration by Tom of Finland, and a black phallus candle. I spat watermelon seeds at the audience and sang stanzas from Disney's "Song of the South" adaptation to my invisible Jim, quietly represented by the burning cock candle.

The performance flirts with various personal and literary accounts of latent homoerotic relationships between men, particularly in the context of pairs of men "fleeing to the wilderness" together.
